What Dukan Xpress is
Dukan Xpress lets a shop in India run its own online store: a catalogue, a cart, orders, and messages to customers. A shop (the "Shop") is a business or person who signs up. A "Customer" is someone who orders from a Shop.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number. Keep your phone safe: anyone who has the code can use your shop. You must give true details and be allowed to run the business you describe. One mobile number can start one shop.
Free trial and price
A new shop gets a free trial of 30 days. We will tell you the plan and its price clearly before anything is charged, and we will never charge you without your agreement. Dukan Xpress takes no commission on your sales.
Your money
Customers pay the Shop directly (by cash, UPI, or through the Shop's own Cashfree account). Dukan Xpress does not hold, receive or move your sales money. Refunds, disputes and payment fees are between you, your customer and your payment provider.
What you sell
You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, pictures, licences (for example FSSAI for food), taxes and invoices, and for delivering what you sell. You must not sell anything illegal, unsafe or misleading, and you must not use Dukan Xpress to harm others. We may suspend a shop that breaks these rules or puts customers at risk.
Customers' details
You may use a Customer's details only to fulfil their order and, where they agreed, to send them offers. Do not share them or use them for anything else.
Messages
Order and sign-in messages are sent by WhatsApp. Marketing messages are sent only to Customers who agreed to receive them, and each one must follow the rules of WhatsApp and the law.
Your data
Your shop's data is yours. You can download your orders, customers and products at any time, and you can close your shop. After closure we keep records we are legally required to keep and delete the rest within a reasonable time.
Keeping the service running
We work hard to keep Dukan Xpress available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features, and we will give notice of changes that matter to you.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Dukan Xpress is not liable for lost sales, indirect losses, or problems caused by things outside our control (for example a payment provider or telecom outage). Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
Ending
You can stop using Dukan Xpress at any time. We may end or suspend your access for breaking these terms or for safety or legal reasons.
Law
